New Candidate List: Pinnable Filters

What's new?

You can now pin frequently used filters on the New Candidate List so they stay in place every time you open the list, even after clearing other search criteria.

To pin a filter, add it to your list, expand it, and select Pin Filter. A pin icon will appear on the filter chip.

To unpin a filter, expand the filter and select Unpin Filter, or remove it using the trash icon in Advanced Search Criteria. A confirmation message will appear before the pinned filter is deleted.

Why does it matter?

Pinned filters keep your most-used search facets front and center, reducing setup time and creating a faster, more consistent candidate search workflow.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically available for all users of the New Candidate List.
